In addition to these accolades, Davis clinched two gold medals at the National Junior Olympics and attained the status of National Police Athletic League and Ringside World champion on two separate occasions. His amateur record boasted an impressive tally of two hundred and six victories against a mere fifteen losses.

Transitioning to the professional arena, Davis made his debut against Desi Williams on February 22, 2013, demonstrating his prowess with a commanding first-round knockout victory. Over the subsequent three years, he engaged in sixteen bouts, emerging victorious in all but one, often concluding matches with early stoppages.

Davis’s ascent to the pinnacle of professional boxing was marked by his acquisition of the IBF Super Featherweight title on January 14, 2017.
